Playing with light

My name is Orit Abergal Gavis and I live in Kfar Vradim.

Design is a way of life for me. My eye sees beauty all around and my lighting creations reflect what I see. Light is especially impactful to our moods.

Playing with Light is my take at looking for a way to display light that will illuminate a room in a different way. I experimented with a variety of light fixtures and came up with a lamp shades that enhance the way we light our homes.  The finished product uses the light with different intensities.

I studied graphic and interior design which allows me to experiment with different materials and continue to create and innovate my designs.

My lamp shades are made with high quality materials such as polymers and wood plates. They are eco-friendly and don’t transfer heat.

My new line uses wood plates to display various graphic designs and logos. The different designs allow light to be displayed in various shapes at home or in a business place.
